Description

Salary: £90,000 - 100,000 per year

• Experience leading or mentoring data science teams
• Strong background in machine learning and statistical modelling
• Strong programming skills (Python essential)
• Experience working with complex, real-world datasets
• Ability to work cross-functionally with engineering teams
• Experience with sensor data, computer vision, or geospatial analytics (nice to have)
• Background in hardware-integrated or real-time systems (nice to have)
• Experience deploying models into production environments (nice to have)

• Leading and mentoring a team of data scientists across multiple specialisms
• Designing and delivering machine learning and analytics solutions
• Working with multi-sensor datasets
• Developing approaches for data correlation, fusion, and modelling
• Collaborating with engineering teams to deploy models into production systems
• Helping define data science standards, tooling, and best practices
