Salary: £60,000 - 70,000 per year

• We require industry experience in one or more of the following: travel and tourism, hospitality, memberships, subscriptions, or insurance.
• We require proven experience in a Data Science, Data Analytics, or Commercial Analytics role.
• We require advanced SQL skills and strong data manipulation ability.
• We require experience using Python or R for predictive modelling and machine learning.
• We require strong dashboarding and visualisation skills using Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools.
• We require excellent commercial awareness and analytical thinking.
• We require the ability to communicate complex findings to non-technical audiences.
• We require a degree in a numerical discipline such as Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or Physics.

• We deliver commercial reporting, management information, and KPI dashboards.
• We analyse large and complex datasets to identify trends, opportunities, and root causes.
• We build predictive models to support customer acquisition, retention, and lifetime value initiatives.
• We support revenue, demand, and occupancy forecasting.
• We develop commercial models to evaluate business opportunities and promotions.
• We champion AI and automation initiatives across commercial and marketing teams.
• We create clear, actionable insights for senior stakeholders.
• We work with technical teams to improve data quality and reporting processes.

We are a leading travel and leisure organisation with a newly created Data Science Analyst position within our Commercial team. This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established business that is investing heavily in data, analytics, AI, and commercial insight. The role is initially offered on a fixed-term basis with strong potential to become permanent, and we offer hybrid working with 2 days in the office and 3 days working from home. The position is based on the outskirts of Crawley, offers an immediate start, and provides significant exposure to the business as well as the opportunity to influence commercial strategy and AI adoption.
